For Hot Chai: 

Brew 1.5 tsp tea in 50ml boiling water, add 100ml hot milk, simmer 5-7 mins, sweeten to taste & serve hot. 

For Cold Chai: 

Brew as above, refrigerate, and serve cold. 

For Green Tea: 

Pour 150ml boiling waited over 1 tsp, steep for 3 - 5 mins & serve hot
